How can I view the status of my order?Updated a year ago

Please log in to your customer account (www.kushqueen.shop/login) and check under the orders tab. You should receive email communication from us once your order is placed, as well as once your order has shipped. Please allow 30 minutes to receive your order confirmation email and up to 7 business days to receive your tracking information. If you are not seeing these emails in your inbox, or SPAM folders please reach out to us.
If you did not create a customer account during checkout or did not already have a customer account with us, you can view your status in our chat feature located in the bubble icon on the bottom right-hand of the screen.
