What is your International Shipping policy?Updated a year ago

Any Kush Queen order shipped internationally is the responsibility of the customer once the shipment leaves our facilities. Kush Queen will not provide a refund or store credit for any products purchased, shipped and then seized by customs. 

Kush Queen is not responsible for any packages held by international customs agencies and it is not the responsibility of Kush Queen to make the customer aware of these agencies and their actions. 

You, the customer, are responsible for all taxes and duties (including VAT) imposed by your country of residence.
